One on One coaching

Personalised individual coaching on a “One to One” basis is available with Ron Tacchi and can be arranged at a time and venue convenient to the individual.

The initial program is made up of 6 hours with a minimum of 2 hours dedicated to the first session. The following 4 hours may be follow-on or spread over a period of time, depending upon availability and the specific objectives of the participant.

This arrangement is very suitable for the busy executive who may not have a full day to dedicate to the training or would prefer the coaching be spread over a period of time to coincide with a specific objective. Often this entails the individual’s preparation for a specific speaking assignment/s which must achieve a guaranteed outcome and impressive results. Past examples have included executive presentations for company road shows for clients / prospects / or staff, shareholder meetings or even wedding speeches.
